This Agreement governs your use of this site and is by and between Baxter Tea Company, LLC (referred to herein as "Baxter Tea Company ", "we", "us", or "our") and you, on behalf of yourself and the buyer, member or supplier for which you have registered ("you").
By using, viewing, transmitting, caching, storing and/or otherwise utilizing the Site, the services or functions offered in or by the Site and/or the contents of the Site in any way, you have agreed to each and all of the terms and conditions set forth below, and waive any right to claim ambiguity or error in this Agreement.
This Usage Agreement, except for the provisions under the heading "Privacy Statement", may be amended or supplemented by Baxter Tea Company from time to time in its sole discretion without prior notice. 1.Subscriber acknowledges that the Service will continue to be enhanced and may be changed substantially. Baxter Tea Company may discontinue or revise any and all aspects of the Service at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
2.The Service will include an e-mail facility for communication between the Subscriber and Baxter Tea Company. Baxter Tea Company encourages Subscriber to provide feedback to us regarding suggestions and enhancements to the Service. We reserves the right to contact Subscriber regarding use and in response to feedback comments. 3.All information available through the Service is protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws. Subscriber may not reproduce, retransmit, distribute, store in a retrieval device, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate the information obtained through the Service to anyone, without the express written consent of Baxter Tea Company. Subscriber may display and print information obtained through the Service solely for Subscriber's individual use. Subscriber agrees not to use any information obtained through the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
4.Subscriber recognizes that the Service is accessible via the public Internet with an individual password. The password assigned to Subscriber is for individual use only and shall not be used by another person. |

5.In no event should the Service be used in place of any product or service currently provided by Baxter Tea Company such that the preexisting service is canceled.
6.Because of the possibility of human or mechanical error by Baxter Tea Company or its licensers, neither Baxter Tea Company or any of its licensers guarantee the accuracy, adequacy, completeness, correctness or non-infringement of the service and are not responsible for any errors or omissions, for the results obtained from the use of the service, or for delays or interruptions in the service. There are no express or implied warranties including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or use with respect to the service or any information available through the service. In no event will we or any of its licensers be liable for damages, direct, indirect, special or consequential (including lost profits) in connection with the use of the service, even if notified of the possibility of such damages. The sole remedy of subscribers to the service in the event of a breach of this agreement by we shall be to terminate this agreement.

In particular, and without limitation, you understand and agree that the ability to link to another site and the fact that a link exists does not mean that we endorses or guarantees such site, the site sponsor or the site contents. 8.This Agreement shall be governed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and Maine State governing contracts to be wholly entered into and performed within the state of Maine.
9.The terms of this Agreement and all operating rules published over the Service constitute the entire Agreement between Baxter Tea Company and Subscriber with respect to the Service. The Subscriber may not assign any rights or obligations under this Agreement to anyone. By entering this site, the Subscriber agrees to be bound by the terms of the Agreement.
